❍ Discover the Direct Path to Inner Wholeness

Join us for an awakening masterclass with David Bedrick and David Manning where you will delve into the art of releasing shame and rediscovering your intrinsic worth.

We are all human beings, yet we often carry the perception that something is inherently wrong with us. In our efforts to cope and prove our worth to others, we ultimately abandon and reject ourselves at a fundamental level. Shame infests the core of our identity, making us feel broken and unworthy.

In this transformative session, you will learn to make shame your teacher and allow the cracks in your identity to become the source of your greatest beauty.

❍ WE Will answer:

Why do we feel that underneath something is wrong with us?
→ What are the steps to healing from deep-seated feelings of unworthiness?
→  How to Reconnect with your intrinsic worth and beauty.

Shame is not just an individual experience but a reflection of family and ancestral dynamics.  Unresolved shame can be inherited, manifesting as hidden family contracts & secrets . These hidden contracts often cause individuals to unconsciously judge themselves through the eyes of their ancestors, perpetuating cycles of shame and self-rejection.

Chronic shame can also lead to long-term changes in brain function. Studies have shown that individuals who experience persistent shame often have an overactive amygdala and reduced activity in the prefrontal cortex, This imbalance can result in a heightened state of stress, anxiety, and self-criticism, perpetuating a cycle of negative self-perception and emotional distress.

Moreover, shame can disrupt the brain's reward system, particularly the release of neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which are essential for feelings of happiness and well-being. This disruption can lead to a decreased ability to experience pleasure and a heightened sensitivity to negative feedback, reinforcing feelings of unworthiness and inadequacy.

David Bedrick, renowned for his deep understanding of human shame will teach on the intricate nuances of shame that will help you to embrace your true self. This masterclass offers a direct path to inner wholeness, empowering you to look at yourself through the lense of radical unshaming.
